New Year, New Members for The Parker Team
Realtors Teresa Faulkner and Jason Sharp are joining Karen and Doug Parker, adding their considerable skills and contacts to the ikarensell team and Prudential Calhoon Company Realtors in 2010.

Teresa is a life-long resident of Columbus, and has made her home in the Hilliard-Dublin area for many years. She brings many years of experience in real estate sales, and a proven track record working with Buyers and Sellers.  You can expect honesty along with the highest standard of integrity, and feel at ease with her personable working style.  And youll always remain confident in Teresas ability to represent your best interests throughout the entire real estate transaction. Now working with me is my husband, Doug Parker, eCertified and recently a winner of the Columbus Board of Realtors' $10-Million-Dollar Award (for total sales), and also a winner of the Lancaster Board of Realtors' Platinum Award ($2-million+ in total annual sales). His 24 years of marketing, media and technology management will help make things happen quickly for you. Doug has also served on the Hilliard Board of Education and the the district's Financial Committee and Hilliard Educational Foundation, along with others, and has taught at various grade levels; that experience with various school districts and grade levels will certainly be of help to you if schools for your children are a primary concern.  He's also certified as a New Home Specialist, and will follow and photograph the construction of your new build home.
