Affectionately known as "The Hills" to members, Hideaway Hills
is no doubt Ohio's most unique community for your full-time home
or weekend getaway.  The club offers 1,654 acres of resort lifestyle,
including amenities such as:

- The Lake of the 4 Seasons (101 acres)
- 5 smaller fishing lakes; lakes last stocked in
  fall, 2010
- sandy beach (recently "resanded")
- swimming pool (new in 2001)
- tennis courts (lighted; resurfacing
  scheduled for 2011)
- Chapel in the Pines (non-denominational)
- lodge & restaurant/lounge (with
  microbrewery)
- playground (new in 2008)
- outdoor shelter house
- indoor great room (below the lodge -
  for receptions, reunions, etc.)
- shooting range
- airport (grass)
- stables and pastures
- ATV dirt trails
- RV/boat storage area
- basketball court
- canoe racks (Lake Eagle Claw & North Park)
- boat docks & launch ramp (Lake of the Four Seasons)

Perhaps the most important amenity is the club's 24/7 security;
The Hills is a private, gated community with a security force
that patrols the 31 miles of roads.

Members elect a Board of Trustees, which appoints five members
to the the Management Committee to oversee the operations of
the full-time office, maintenance and security staffs.  Other members
are appointed to various committees that oversee everything from
the airport to the lakes to golf and more.

All Board, Management and other committee members serve
without compensation of any kind.
