Just as you do in a resale home purchase, you have the right to be independently
represented by a Realtor® in the new build transaction.  You'll also find that
most builders welcome Realtor® participation.  Our goal is to always add real value
to your new build process, from full consultation with builders and their representatives
to ongoing visits to your construction site.  During our visits, we monitor the progress
of your new home and check with the builder or representative regarding any questions
you or we might have.  We also photograph the progress during each visit, and present
the pictures to you via Visual Tours....which you can then also easily share with family
and friends.  When construction is complete, we provide you with a CD containing all
photos we've taken along the way...including such things as documentation of the home's wiring.

You might be thinking that this type of service adds to the cost of your new home...but it does not.  
Builders anticipate this as a cost of doing business, and they directly compensate Realtors® who
